Reasonably large and practical room, sparkling clean bathroom. Well-trained staff with great local knowledge.
Not that friendly staff!

The stay in this exceptionally friendly hotel was restful and we would happily go back again. Everything was great, so were exceptionally good views of the sea. It was incredibly comfortable, good enough for celebrating birthday.

Place was clean and straightforward. A nice size and huge unit with a balcony, breakfast ", an amazing view. All in all amazing and fantastic setting next to the restaurant, and diving boats leave. Also, in the beautiful Shark's Bay area. Simply no complains at all, VERY PEACEFUL stay.

I greatly enjoyed good breakfast, exceptional views.
The hotel was relaxing, and fairly clean, and the location was stunning and fantastic next to the jetty where diving boats leave. The rooms were huge and practical, with a bathtub. An electric kettle and a fridge were a big plus. Location: the property was close enough to Umbi's private beach and Ealing distance marina and the Bay. I found Aquarius Pool Bar offering shots and different drinks 2 mi of the venue.

It is a nice location overlookíng sharks bay which is a nice bay to stay a few days, especially if you want to go to the nearby island to do snorkelling. it is far from the noise of sharm. and it was practically empty as for most of the other resorts on the red sea/sinai at this period of time.
too many stairs to walk up, and from airport it is easy to reach only by taxi, better to use the taxi service from the hotel, it is cheaper than paying a taxi driver at the airport (they ask a lot! european prices or even more!!)

We loved the diving and the people. For the divers, the dive shop is more concerned with accommodating you as a diver and your safety then making a buck. You truly feel like your staying with friends. It is quiet, relaxing and has good food.
There's no ATM on site.

We ate at a reasonably priced restaurant with very friendly and kind staff. Terrace and a balcony were a very nice touch. The exceptionally attentive and helpful staff was helpful, that's a big plus. The location was amazing, being near the beach. Also, the area was really quiet.

During our stay, we had a great time in the Shark's Bay area. The location was excellent for water sports enthusiasts and those who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. The room had a fantastic view of the surrounding area, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious and had several options to choose from. we enjoyed the variety of leisure facilities available on the property, which made our stay more enjoyable.
Noise was an issue during our stay, and we had a hard time sleeping due to airplanes passing above us.

nice quiet area, good snorkeling and a friendly beach where guest still say hallo to one and another. shame there are no chairs in the room or outside, some stunning views from the top but nowhere to sit. asked the hotel staff everyday if they could find a chair, but they never did

The lack of communication skills of the staff, their knowledge of English was really poor. The rooms on the beach could be modernised as to shower --> no shower curtain with the consequence that the whole bathroom was wet
